Terms of Service for Tnsr.ai

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tnsr.ai ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Tnsr.ai provides online processing of video, audio, and image files over rented cloud GPU servers. The service includes file storage on an S3 bucket provided via Cloudflare, and the use of third-party services like Vast.ai and Runpod.ai for GPU processing. Users can also opt to process content on more reputed services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP by contacting us at admin@tnsr.ai.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep this information up-to-date.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
• Users agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for services are processed securely via Stripe. Users agree to pay all applicable fees and charges in accordance with the payment terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. Tnsr.ai reserves the right to change its payment terms and fees at any time.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for purchases, provided that the Credits has not been exhausted and the Service malfunctions or does not work as described. To request a refund, please contact us at admin@tnsr.ai within 7 days of your purchase with a detailed description of the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tnsr.ai and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Tnsr.ai.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tnsr.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; and (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
